We will start out with a discussion of color as it relates to both the Light Device and the human eye, as well as how this knowledge applies directly to the Light Device you’ve been using. Next, it’s time to see what improvements are squeezed into the next generation Light Device, and will end with a virtual introduction to the device.

12:00 pm Lunch with Colleagues (Regional Chatrooms)

1:00 pm Professor Steven Vasquez “The Magical Theory of The Advanced Trauma Treatment Model” Part one

This is the most advanced leap in ETT® treatment and the fastest long-term treatment for several severe psychological conditions. This newly developed protocol can usually resolve complex trauma within ten to twenty sessions, if addictions, DID, and psychosis are not involved. This process produces these outcomes without medication. If medication is involved, the procedure is lengthened due to the medication weaning process. This new approach uses skills taught in the first three ETT® courses plus some newer procedures but it applies them in a newly developed protocol sequence.

Complex trauma is often variously diagnosed as PTSD, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety disorder, complex grief, etc. While current symptoms may, in fact, fit the DSM 5 criteria for each of these conditions, in most cases these conditions possess underlying childhood attachment dysfunction and multiple subsequent traumas that are largely responsible for the symptoms produced. This requires the capacity to access these implicit related issues. While ETT® and other approaches can resolve single traumas, multiple traumas and attachment disorders are typically not resolved by most therapeutic modalities. By rapidly eliminating these traumas and the attachment disorders underlying them, these chronic, severe conditions often with suicidal ideation, can now be extinguished
long-term.

Steven Vazquez, Ph.D., LPC-S, LMFT, has been in private practice for over forty years and is now in private practice in Austin, Texas. He has written three books (Emotional Transformation Therapy®; Accelerated Ecological Psychotherapy; and Spiritually Transformative Psychotherapy.)

Dr. Vazquez originated the method of Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®) that can facilitate relief of emotional distress in seconds, relief of physical pain within minutes, and the resolution of traumatic events in a single session ETT® is a brain-based method that uses attachment-based interpersonal processes with precise visual brain stimulation to produce these outcomes. Dr. Vazquez has trained hundreds of professional in eight different countries. He has written numerous articles for professional journals and has provided presentations at over sixty professional conferences.

Whether it is referred to as Online Counseling, Virtual Therapy or Telemedicine for Mental Health, therapy conducted at a distance is not only here to stay, demand for it grows exponentially each year. People seek mental health help at a distance (online, over the telephone, or via text) for numerous reasons and ETT tools and strategies can benefit clients, despite the therapist and client being in different places. Offering distance therapy services can be a way to grow your practice, reach people who need help but cannot or will not come to an office, and provide you the ability to practice from locations other than your office.
